Flutter Entertainment PLC - Dublin-based gambling operator - Senior Independent Director Holly Keller Koeppel buys 1,000 shares at GBP142.27 each, worth GBP142,267, on Tuesday.

Hummingbird Resources PLC - gold producer, developer and explorer in West Africa - Raises GBP617,046 from open offer of shares to existing shareholders. Applications for 7.9 million new shares are received at 7.79 pence each, the same price as used for a USD15 million investment from African investment company CIG SA. Hummingbird Finance Director Thomas Hill buys 83,339 of the open offer shares.

Renew Holdings PLC - Leeds, England-based engineering services - Executive Director Andries Liebenberg receives 75,136 shares under long-term incentive plan and sells all of them at 680p, worth GBP510,925, on Thursday.
