Flutter Entertainment PLC - New York-based bookmaker which owns FanDuel, Betfair and Paddy Power - Commences the fifth tranche, worth up to USD250 million, under its mulit-year share buyback programme, worth up to USD5 billion, announced back in September 2024. Notes the buyback will begin on Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange, and will run until May 21 at the latest, with a reduction in share capital the sole purpose of the schemes.
