Renew Holdings PLC - Leeds, England-based engineering services - Hires Pete Raby to be its next chair, succeeding David Brown. Raby, was chief executive officer of FTSE 250-listing Morgan Advanced Materials PLC until last year. He currently is a non-executive director of Hill & Smith PLC and Chemring Group PLC. Raby will join the Renew board on October 5 and replace Brown as chair on January 27. Brown is stepping down from the board after nine years as a member. Read More
