LondonMetric Property PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - Announces a portfolio value of GBP7.3 billion as at June 30, when its first financial quarter ended, up 18% from GBP6.2 billion at March 31. Says this was driven by the acquisition of Highcroft Investment PLC in May and of Urban Logistics REIT in June. The integration of both businesses was "proceeding well", LondonMetric adds. "Operationally, the portfolio continues to perform well and occupier demand remains strong," the company says.
