Critical Metals PLC - London-based mining company, operating the Molulu Copper/Cobalt Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo - Majority shareholder NIU Invest SE agrees to subscribe for GBP2.5 million in convertible loan notes, under a new CLN instrument which is on similar terms to the GBP2.1 million CLN instrument it created in 2025. Says it has not issued all of the notes under the new instrument, and NIU will subscribe for the remaining notes at par by the end of September. Expects the funds to provide "the capital [Critical Metals] needs for at least the next 12 months". Phoenix Copper Ltd - US-focused base and precious metals producer and explorer - Proposes a placing and subscription to raise gross proceeds of approximately GBP2.3 million, and net proceeds of approximately GBP2.0 million, through the issue of around 460.0 million new shares at the issue price of 0.5 pence per share. The placing is intended to raise approximately GBP1.7 million, and the subscription approximately GBP600,000. Also intends to raise about GBP500,000 through a retail offer, and to issue warrants to all participants in the placing, subscription and retail offer. Says the issue price represents a discount of approximately 54.5% to the closing mid-market price of 1.1p per share on Thursday. Crimson Tide PLC - field management software provider - Announces that it has agreed a 12-month uplifted extension to its contract with Cadent Gas Ltd, the UK's largest gas distribution network. The extension takes the contract through to the end of September 2027 and represents annual recurring revenue of GBP486,000, an increase of 4% from the previous contract. Cadent is a longstanding customer of Crimson Tide and has integrated the mpro5 software platform into its day-to-day operational and compliance workflows. "The renewal is further evidence of the company's customer retention strategy, which continues to secure and extend agreements with a number of the group's largest customers," Crimson says.
