He succeeds Nils Gornall, who is stepping down as CEO and director. Gornall has been with DP Poland for four years. Ostrowski joins DP Poland from OTCF SA, where he was deputy CEO. OTCF is a sports and apparel business in Poland and the owner of the F4 brand. Helical PLC - London property developer and landlord - Completes return of GBP12 million of the profit from the sale of 100 New Bridge Street. The central London office building was sold to State Street Corp for GBP333 million, with Helical receiving GBP166.5 million of this, representing a profit of GBP31 million. The return is conducted by means of a B share scheme, with Helical issuing the shares and then redeeming them for 9.72 pence each in cash. This is set to occur on Tuesday. The capital return is accompanied by a 105-into-100 share consolidation, with the new shares starting to trade in London on Monday. GSK PLC - London-based pharmaceutical maker - The European Medicines Agency accepts GSK's submission to update the label for Bexsero to include a single-dose booster for people aged 10 and older who previously had the vaccination against Meningitis B. "If adopted, a booster could help reduce the overall burden of invasive meningococcal disease in countries with established infant MenB programmes," GSK says. It says the submission is supported by a phase 3b, open-label, multi-centre study in 10- to 20-year-old patients, showing that a single dose was effective in boosting the immune responses of those vaccinated as infants. Invasive meningococcal disease is a rare disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis that can progress rapidly and has a fatality rate of 4% to 20%, GSK notes. Read More
