(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Orosur Mining Inc - South America-focused minerals explorer and developer - Extends mineralisation at the Anza Project's El Cedro prospect in Colombia, with the first hole continuing to show consistent gold mineralisation from surface and remaining open at depth. Says CED001 shows 267.4 metres at 0.65 grams of gold per tonne from surface. These include 28.25 metres at 1.01 g/t from 118 metres, and 2.15 metres at 3.89 g/t from 232 metres. Says CED001 has been restarted after premature termination due to drilling issues, and that it intends to continue to the original target depth of 500 metres. Expects multi-element assay results "in the coming weeks". Orosur has also completed the final draft of the required programme of works for the Pepas deposit. This means it can commence consultations with the Colombian Agencia Nacional de Mineria "to present the PTO for examination, identify modifications if required and then develop plans for the necessary social and environmental programs that would form the basis of the permitting and approval process." Chief Executive Brad George comments: "These developments mark a real step forward, adding to our momentum...CED001 continues to deliver, providing evidence of a mineral system of substantial scale."
----------
Cornish Metals PLC - mineral exploration and development company - Trading on AIM is temporarily suspended as the company utilises the index's "new Capital Access Window in connection with a proposed fundraise." Says the fundraise would supplement its existing cash reserves, and the USD210 million raised through senior secured Nordic Bonds, so that it can complete the financing and progress the development of the South Crofty tin mine, with the aim of reaching first production in mid-2028. The Capital Access Window is a voluntary temporary pause in stock trading so that Cornish Metals can more easily "reach a broader range of investors," and which can provide pricing stability during the fundraise. Cornish Metals adds that it intends to include an offer to retail investors.
----------
Petra Diamonds Ltd - South Africa and Tanzania-focused diamond miner - Says the court has made a winding-up order in respect of subsidiary Petra Diamonds UK Treasury Ltd, at the hearing of PDUK's winding-up petition. This "relates solely to PDUK Treasury and does not directly affect the group's mining operations," as PDUK does not own or operate any of them. However, Petra is assessing the petition's implications for its financing arrangements and ongoing refinancing discussions. Petra Diamonds announced the advertisement of the winding-up petition in respect of GBP5.6 million for the year ended June 30 due to HM Revenue & Customs in relation to corporation tax.

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd - active property manager that aims to improve the sustainability performance of buildings to generate higher income and capital growth - Says its portfolio is valued at GBP859 million and comprises 54 assets, following the completion of the Picton Property Income Ltd acquisition in September. SREIT acquired Picton alongside LondonMetric Property PLC, with their offer valuing it at 78.7p per share, or around GBP404 million. The portfolio generates approximately GBP51 million in annualised rent with an estimated rental value of GBP73 million. SREIT says it has completed nine lettings of vacant units since its previous trading update in August. These have added GBP1.2 million of rent per annum, 11% ahead of the 30 June 2026 ERV. It has also agreed terms on 62,500 square feet of vacant space, which will generate an additional GBP1.1 million of rent per annum if the agreements are completed successfully. Transactions include letting 47,944 square feet of space at Union Park Industrial Estate to DPD, at a rent of GBP407,950 per annum, which is 15% ahead of the ERV at June 30 and 59% ahead of the pre-refurbishment passing rent.
----------
Zephyr Energy PLC - Rocky Mountain region-focused oil and gas company that aims for responsible resource development and carbon-neutral operations - Acquires an additional 5,692 acres at the Paradox Basin in Utah. This increases its overall land footprint by around 10%, and the lease structures are "favourable...with primary lease terms of ten years." The new acreage's location is "immediately to the north of its existing White Sands Unit," and Zephyr believes the area "has strong potential for future development contiguous to the WSU". Says the location also has potential for development utilising its existing and planned pipeline and processing infrastructure. The acquisition also includes a lease hosting the currently plugged and abandoned Gunnison Valley Fee 22-9 well, which has "a full Cane Creek reservoir section with similar reservoir characteristics to the WSU". Zephyr says the Paradox Formation has hydrocarbon exploration and development potential, with helium potential below it "across the bulk of the acquired acreage." It "believes that there may be potential to unitise the acquired acreage by: 1) forming a new Federal unit...or 2) by expanding the WSU, should this be considered the optimal operational path". "In addition to this latest acquisition, operations in the field and in partnership discussions continue to progress in a favourable manner," says CEO Colin Harrington.
