Boku Inc - London-based payments and financial technology company - Announces the appointment of Peter Klein as chief commercial officer, effective immediately. Klein, who has over 25 years' of experience building and scaling payments, joins from New York-based payment card services company MasterCard Inc, where he built and co-led the global account-to-account and cross-border payments business. Klein served as chair of Mastercard Payment Services in the Nordics. Further, he held senior leadership roles at JP Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Boku says: "Peter will lead Boku's commercial organisation, including the go-to-market function, with a focus on scaling merchant growth, deepening strategic partnerships and expanding the local payment methods network". Liontrust Asset Management PLC - London-based active asset management - Assets under management and advice rise 24% to GBP24.26 billion as of June 30 from GBP19.55 billion on March 31, despite net outflows during the quarter. Liontrust completed its acquisition of River Global Holdings Ltd on June 30, adding GBP2.98 billion to AuMA, while a positive market and investment performance adds a further GBP2.08 billion. This more than offsets GBP357 million in net outflows in the recent three months, Liontrust's financial first quarter. The outflows are improved from GBP1.1 billion in 2026. They result primarily from GBP822 million net outflows from UK retail funds, while institutional accounts show GBP447 million in net inflows. Since the end of the first quarter, AuMA slips to GBP24.0 billion. Liontrust will provide a trading update for the second quarter ending September 30 on October 21. Read More

Energean PLC - London-based energy company - Completes commissioning of the second oil train on its Energean Power FPSO, increasing total liquids processing capacity to 31,000 barrels per day from 18,000 bbl/d. Says liquids production has been successfully tested at up to 21,000 bbl/d, with higher-rate testing expected in August following Katlan subsea tie-in work. Expects Israel liquids production to average 17,000 to 21,000 bbl/d in the second half of 2026, in line with guidance, after averaging 10,000 bbl/d in the first half.
