PureTech Health PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based biotech and pharmaceutical company - Announces results from the first phase of the clinical trial of LYT-200, which will be presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology. LYT-200 is an antibody treatment designed to help the immune system recognise and fight cancer more effectively. The presentation will take place on October 23 in Madrid. Head of Oncology at PureTech and Chief Medical Officer Aleksandra Filipovic says: "Phase 1b results provide a strong foundation for the continued development of LYT-200."
"The encouraging clinical activity observed, together with the favourable safety profile, reinforces our confidence in the potential of LYT-200 to offer a differentiated treatment approach for a broad population of patients, regardless of mutation status," she added.
