Zenova Group PLC - Essex, England-based fire suppression and interdiction solutions company - Says the proposed reverse takeover "remains ongoing" and "continues to progress well". Back in September, it entered a non-binding heads of terms to acquire Derby, England-based Restoreo International Ltd. Restoreo is a recently formed UK business, with certified products and intellectual property in the insulation materials industry. Zenova expects to provide a further update by mid-May 2026, by which time it expects the majority of due diligence and documentation "will be close to near-final form". Zenova Group PLC - London-based fire suppression and interdiction solutions company - Forms a joint venture with its local sub-distributor, AED Sh.p.K, to establish a new manufacturing facility in Albania to support accelerating demand. Expects the manufacturing facility will be fully operational by the middle of May servicing demand AED have developed in the region. The jv is projected to generate revenue exceeding EUR2 million in the first 12 months.
