Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based budget airline - Promotes Non-Executive Director Stephen Johnson to deputy chair, a newly created role, while William Franke remains chair. "Stephen Johnson has been appointed to the role due to his industry experience, as well as his long association with the company," Wizz Air says. Johnson was on the Wizz Air board from 2004 to 2009, then returned in 2011.
