Greencoat UK Wind PLC - investor in operating UK wind farms whose investment manager is Schroders Greencoat LLP - Declares 2.59 pence interim dividend for the fourth quarter, meeting its target of 10.35p for all of 2025. The announcement comes as Greencoat UK Wind reports net asset value of 136.1p per share as of December 31, down 3.3% from 140.7p on September 30. Total NAV on December 31 is GBP2.94 billion, down from GBP3.07 billion. Greencoat UK Wind says it will hold off on confirming its target dividend for 2026 until the UK government completes its consultation on indexation of the renewables obligation scheme, which provides financial support for renewable electricity generation.
