Greencoat UK Wind PLC - Invests in UK wind farms - Says net asset value per share at December 31 was 164.1 pence, down 1.8% from 167.1p the year before. Says its 2023 net cash generation fell 28% to GBP405.5 million from GBP560.1 million at the end of 2022. Declares a quarterly dividend of 3.43p per share, brings the total dividend for 2023 to 10p, up 30% from 7.72p the year prior. Chair Lucinda Riches says: "We are proud to have generated approximately 1.5% of the UK's electricity demand last year, and the portfolio was generating enough electricity to power 2.3 million homes and avoid approximately 2.5 million tonnes of [carbon dioxide] emissions through the displacement of thermal generation by the end of 2023. With the final dividend for the year, our investors will have received over GBP1 billion of dividends since listing. With our continuing strong cash flow and dividend cover, we can confidently target a dividend of 10p per share with respect to 2024, extending our track record of attractive dividends and returns."
