UK Commercial Property REIT Ltd - Guernsey-based commercial property investment trust - Net asset value per share grows by 9.0% to 111.2 pence at March from 102.0p at December 31, firm reported on Wednesday. Raises quarterly dividend by 6.7% to 0.80p per share, from 0.75p a quarter ago.
