UK Commercial Property REIT Ltd - UK-focused commercial property investor - Signs new 15-year lease on Unit 2 at its Newton's Court multi-let industrial estate in Dartford, Kent at a 30% premium to current rent. Says the 14,800 square foot unit has been taken by theatrical goods supplier, Flint Hire & Supply Ltd at an annual rent of GBP214,377 per annum. Says the industrial estate is now fully let.
