Crimson Tide PLC - Kent-based software developer - Says Janet Morris and Stephen Brewer will join the board as independent non-executive directors, and Shaun Mullen, currently head of finance, will join the board as finance director. Appointments effective from June 20 after the annual general meeting. Adds Stephen Goodwin and Tony Knowles, non-executive directors of the company, are retiring, and Peter Hurter, finance director, will leave the company to pursue other career opportunities.
