Ten Technologies Group PLC - London-based customer experience and loyalty platform for financial institutions - Launches customer loyalty platform for a UK arm of HSBC Holdings PLC, called Premier Lifestyle, as completes own name change to Ten Technologies from Ten Lifestyle. Ten says the new name reflects its increased focus on its proprietary technology and the Ten digital platform. The offering for HSBC Premier customers in the UK uses that platform to provide a single sign-on from the HSBC UK mobile bank app. HSBC customers can use the service for priority access to travel, restaurants, entertainment and experiences, Ten says. The launch of the Premier Lifestyle service follows a "multi-year" contract signed by Ten with HSBC back in January.
