Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd - London-based investment company focused on real estate debt investments in the UK and Europe - On Thursday, announces it has invested EUR16.4 million and GBP5.5 million in a three year multi-currency loan secured on a portfolio of five offices and one industrial property located in the Netherlands and the UK.
