Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd - Guernsey-based investor, which manages high quality senior and mezzanine real estate debt in the UK and Europe - Announces that two further loans were recently repaid in full. These investments comprised Office, London - GBP20.5 million and Mixed Portfolio, Europe - EUR3.6 million. As a result, the company’s portfolio has reduced from 15 to 13 investments.
