Sondrel Holdings PLC - Reading, England-based semiconductor design services company - Shares are cancelled from trading on AIM as shares of the company start trading on a matched bargain basis on JP Jenkins, a London-based provider of a share trading venue for unlisted or unquoted assets in companies. In July, Sondrel said the move towards delisting from AIM and re-registering as a private limited company was part of its transformation plan and refinancing.
