Sondrel Holdings PLC - Reading, England-based semiconductor design services firm - Concludes negotiations of the exhibits to the material design and supply contract, which has a total estimated value of USD23 million. The contract, Sondrel explains, is for a "next generation, video processing chip across the design, qualification and projected production life of the product".
The initial contract value is over USD9 million. Chip production and supply is expected to start in 2026. Subject to several conditions, the contract is expected to generate production revenues of USD14 million over the 10 to 15 year production lifetime of the product, based on current customer forecasts.
Current stock price: 11.02 pence, up 5.0% in London on Monday afternoon
