Reports net loss of GBP108.0 million, swung from GBP52.4 million gain a year prior. Has loss per share of 15.43 pence, swung from earnings per share of 7.48 pence. Net current asset position at June 30 is GBP600,000. Further, company declares 0.50 pence dividend unchanged from last year, payable October 4. Says plans to pay further 0.50 pence dividend following the publication of this year's financial results.
