M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Non-Executive Chair Zillah Byng-Thorne will leave the board at the annual general meeting on May 15, having served just under two years. Byng-Thorne was the chief executive officer of magazine publisher Future PLC before leaving that post at the end of March 2023 and taking the M&C Saatchi chair on June 15 that year. Only a month later, she became executive chair due to the departure of the M&C Saatchi's CEO, before reverting back to non-executive chair in February last year.
