Power Metal Resources PLC - metals exploration company with projects in North America, Africa, Saudi Arabia and Australia - Makes "significant progress" with uranium joint venture with ACAM LP, a natural resources investor. Back in June, Power Metal said that it had entered a non-binding term sheet for ACAM to invest GBP2 million into Power Metal by way of a loan note and that the parties had entered an eight-week exclusivity period. On Friday, Power Metal says the pair have agreed to extend the due diligence period for the proposed JV to August 23, with some legal processes still outstanding.
