Pantheon Infrastructure PLC - Investment trust managed by Pantheon Ventures and focused on infrastructure assets - Cancels GBP387.3 million share premium account in order to create a special reserve. Back in October of last year, following its initial public offering, Pantheon Infrastructure announced plans to cancel its share premium account. In May, an order by the court confirmed the cancellation of its share capital. The order has now been registered at UK Companies House, together with a statement of capital approved by the court. Pantheon Infrastructure has 400 million ordinary shares and 80 million subscription shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury. Read More
