Petards Group PLC - London-based developer of security and surveillance systems - Newly acquired subsidiary Affini Technology has been awarded an order worth over GBP400,000 for a critical communication system. Says order is to supply and install a new wireless communications system to support the unnamed client's ongoing activities at a major UK site. Expects to start deliveries in October, and says the order is scheduled to be fully delivered this year. Petards Group PLC - London-based developer of security and surveillance systems - Says its subsidiary, QRO Solutions, has won an order worth around GBP350,000 for "one of the UK's largest police forces", adding a new police force to QRO's list of customers. Says the order is for the supply of QRO's Q-Box Merlin IP in-vehicle ANPR solution with High Definition DVRs, which the end customer is fitting to a number of vehicles in its fleet.
