Nippon Active Value Fund PLC - Japan-focused investment firm - Reaches an agreement with investment advisors Rising Sun Management Ltd and Dalton Investments LLC. Dalton clients will now be able to invest in the shares of Japanese listed companies whose securities are already owned by Nippon Active, subject to approval by the Nippon Active board.
