GBP100.6 million of 3% notes are due in 2023, while GBP249.7 million of 4.75% notes are due in 2025. "The settlement date in respect of the notes accepted for purchase pursuant to the offers is expected to be June 6, 2022," the company explains. GBP199.4m of 2023 notes and GBP350m of 2025 notes will remain outstanding following that date, it adds.
