EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Wynnstay adds former Waitrose and M&S exec to board

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Wynnstay Group PLC - Powys, Wales-based agriculture supplies - Hires Steven Esom as senior independent director, starting immediately. Esom succeeds Philip Kirkham, who also is vice chair and will retire after 10 years on the board on May 24. Esom is chair of Sedex Information Exchange Ltd, a supply chain consultancy, and previously was managing director of grocer Waitrose & Partners, part of John Lewis Partnership, and executive director of Food at retailer Marks & Spencer Group PLC. He also was a buyer for supermarket chain J Sainsbury PLC. "Steven is a highly experienced business leader and brings extensive commercial experience of food production and retailing, and a significant understanding of the agricultural industry," says Chair Steve Ellwood.

HealthBeacon PLC - Dublin-based devices and software for managing medications for patients in the home - Confirms Interim Chief Financial Officer Lar Malone as permanent CFO. Malone, who previously worked at pharmaceutical firms including Pfizer Inc, joined HealthBeacon as interim CFO back in December. "Lar has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and will be a valuable asset to HealthBeacon as we continue to expand our client base, grow technology deployments, and deliver on the significant growth opportunity ahead," says Co-Founder & Chief Executive Jim Joyce.

Microlise Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based provider of software-as-a-service transport technology solutions to fleet operators - Promotes Nick Wightman to CFO and executive director, replacing Bill Wynn. Wightman joined Microlise in 2012. Wynn's retirement after 15 years with Microlise was announced last year. He will depart on May 31.

Saietta Group PLC - Bicester, England-based engineering firm specialising in eDrive systems for electric vehicles - Executive Chair Tony Gott additionally will be interim chief executive officer, as CEO Wicher Kist moves to a short-term position as CEO of subsidiary Propel BV. Saietta is seeking a new permanent CEO. David Wilkinson remains non-executive deputy chair.
