IN BRIEF: Manx Financial merges three UK units into Triskel Finance
Manx Financial Group PLC - Douglas, Isle of Man-based financial services firm - Says on Thursday it starts the merger of three of its UK subsidiaries into a single brand called Triskel Finance Ltd. The units involved are The Business Lending Exchange Ltd, Manx Collections Ltd and Blue Star Business Solutions Ltd. The merger is expected to drive higher earnings through workforce reductions, the removal of duplicated overheads and improved revenue, says Manx. Triskel Finance pretax profit is expected to increase to GBP1.1 million in 2028 from GBP0.1 million in 2025.
