Hiscox Ltd - Bermuda-based specialist insurer - Taps Peter Clarke to be its next chair, joining the board on Sunday and replacing Colin Keogh as chair on July 1. Clarke is a former chief executive officer and chief financial officer of investment manager Man Group PLC, leaving in 2013. Since then, Clarke has served on a string of boards, including as chair of fellow insurer Lancashire Holdings PLC for seven years.
