Lookers PLC - Altrincham, England-based car dealership chain - Chair Ian Bull notifies the board he will step down for personal reasons, effective December 31. The board commences search for a new chair, while Senior Independent Director Paul Van der Burgh will assume role of interim non-executive chair on January 1. Non-Executive Director Sue Farr will become interim senior independent director.
