Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Chief Executive Officer Lincoln Pan buys 13,600 shares at average USD73.92, worth USD1.0 million, in Singapore on Thursday and Friday last week. Pan has been buying Jardine shares since taking over as CEO last month, buying 44,400 shares, worth about USD3 million in December, and 7,100, worth just over USD500,000 earlier in January.
