IG Group Holdings PLC - London-based online trading platform - Completes sale of North American Derivatives Exchange Inc and its 39% stake in Small Exchange Inc to Foris DAX Markets Inc, which trades as crypto.com. The USD216 million disposal was first announced back in December. Says disposal represents a "significant return" on investment and enables additional investment across the IG business. Nadex offers trading in derivatives such as binary options, call spreads and 'knock-outs'. Small Exchange is a forum for trading standardised futures contracts.
