IG Group Holdings PLC - London-based online trading provider - Announces appointment of Breon Corcoran as new chief executive officer, effective from January 29, following "a comprehensive global search process". Once Corcoran joins the company, Interim CEO & Group CFO Charlie Rozes will continue in his CFO role. Corcoran's "extensive experience leading multinational fintech companies" includes serving as CEO of FTSE 100 betting company Flutter Entertainment PLC until 2018, during which time he oversaw the 2016 creation of Flutter through the merger of Paddy Power and Betfair.
