UPDATE: Lords Group subsidiary makes GBP2.2 million branch buy

Lords Group Trading PLC - London-based building material distributor - Says its subsidiary, Hevey Building Supplies Ltd, has acquired a Buildbase builders' merchant branch in Suffolk, England from Grafton Merchanting GB Ltd. The branch was previously part of Grafton Merchanting's timber and building materials business. The total consideration of GBP2.2 million will be met from the company's existing cash resources.
