Goodwin PLC - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire-based mechanical and refractory engineering - The Goodwin family sell 122,368 shares in Goodwin, a 1.6% stake. The placing with institutional investors is conducted by Rothschild & Co Redburn, which doesn't provide the sale price. The sale is worth GBP26.4 million at the current market price for Goodwin shares. The Goodwin family have agreed to not sell more shares for another half year.
