Watches of Switzerland Group PLC - Leicester, England-based watch and jewellery retailer - Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, currently chief financial officer at Crawley, England-based pest control specialist Rentokil Initial PLC, joins Watches of Switzerland's board as a non-executive director. Watches will also appoint him as chair of its audit & risk committee on March 1.
