EnSilica PLC - Oxford, England-based maker of mixed-signal application-specific integrated circuits - Secures design and supply contract from an unnamed "leading" European supplier of electromechanical products, for an Arm chip-based mixed signal interface Asic. The intended use is across automotive and industrial applications. Contract value includes non-recurring engineering payments and supply revenue, says EnSilica, estimated to exceed USD18 million over seven years. The contract starts in April, with supply revenue forecast to commence in 2027. The deal "materially increases" EnSilica's chip supply pipeline, it says, now valued in excess of USD250 million. Notes that this pipeline total refers to the total expected lifetime chip supply revenue secured under customer contracts. Read More

Facility provides total funding of up to GBP9 million and extends to November 2029. "The facility has been agreed with Lloyds Bank Group PLC, providing the company with additional flexibility to underpin ongoing working capital commitments, and ensuring that EnSilica can fully capitalise on its existing new business pipeline," EnSilica adds. The financing includes a three-year GBP3 million repayment term loan facility and a five-year GBP3 million revolving credit facility with an accordion option for an additional GBP3 million. Read More
