Man Group PLC - London-based investment manager - Appoints Colin Bell as an executive director from March 1, with him set to join both the Audit and Risk Committee, and Nomination and Governance Committee on the same date. Notes that Bell served as chief executive of HSBC Bank PLC and HSBC Europe from 2021 to 2024. Says that in this role, he was responsible for leading the bank's strategic direction and operations.
