The subscription, taken up by existing shareholders, is at a price of 12.00 pence per share, a 4.3% premium to Eco Building's Wednesday closing price of 11.50 pence. Eco Buildings Group PLC - London-based prefabricated modular housing products, formerly named Fox Marble Holdings PLC - Announces completion of new factory in Albania, close to new commercial port terminal in Durres. Has relocated operational team to Albania from Dubai following decommissioning of Dubai plant and terminal. All plant, equipment and vehicles previously operated in Dubai have been moved to Durres. Eco Buildings says that "Progress is continuing apace" and expects new factory to be operational and fully commissioned in the third quarter. As part of the relisting, it raises GBP2.7 million from a placing of 4.9 million new shares at 55 pence per share. With 70.1 million shares in total, Eco Buildings has a GBP38.5 million market capitalisation at the placing price. The stock trades at 41.00p on Friday morning, down 25%. Read More
