Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC - UK mid-market private equity house - On Tuesday, announces the results of the tender offer to return up to GBP41 million to shareholders. 9.1 million shares, around 69% of the company's share capital, were validly tendered. As a result, the offer was oversubscribed. Says 7.6 million shares will be purchased by Singer Capital Markets Securities Ltd for a total cost of around GBP41 million.
