IN BRIEF: DG Innovate finishes GBP835,000 raise as directors subscribe

DG Innovate PLC - Bingley, England-based sustainable mobility and energy storage solutions - Directors including Chief Executive Officer Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen subscribe for 286.7 million new shares at 0.0.75 pence, worth GBP215,000, on Tuesday. The director subscription adds to the GBP620,000 raised by DG Innovate from a share placing and retail offer at the same price. That share sale took place in mid-September, but the insiders weren't allowed to take part until DG Innovate released its interim results, which it did on September 30. The fresh equity will be used to fund the company's work on e-drives and energy storage and to support the EVage Automotive Pvt Ltd joint venture launched back in March. Read More
