Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd - real estate investment trust - Says has drawn down the third of a number of loan agreements with DCI shareholders which are intended to provide additional working capital and which are expected to amount to up to EUR2.0 million. This loan has been made by Discover Investment Co which is a related party as disclosed in announcement on April 19. Explains these shareholder loans each have identical terms to one another and are for a 12-month term bearing an interest rate of 12% per annum. Intends to repay the shareholder loans from the proceeds of the sale of company assets. Read More
