DCI Advisors Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based real estate investment company - Confirms approval and payment of initial tranche of EUR1.5 million grant from Greek government for Kilada project in the Argolis region of Greece. This payment, delayed from expected approval date in October, is the first tranche of a EUR6.0 million grant for the Kilada Country Club, Golf & Residences project, DCI's main asset. The group believes it will finish the project's golf course and country club during 2024. The remaining grants will be paid in stages depending on further spending demanded by the Kilada project. Says the charges involve allegations of money laundering and abuse of corporate governance. Says 9 cases filed. DCI Advisors Ltd - London-based real estate investment trust - Enters two further loan agreements with a DCI shareholder to provide additional working capital. Estimates when combined with the shareholder loans announced previously, the loans will total EUR2.0 million. Notes the four previous loans amounted to EUR350,000 each and the new loans are for USD330,000 in total. All of the loans have identical terms and are for a 12-month term bearing an interest rate of 12% per annum. Intends to repay the loans from the proceeds of the sale of company assets. If the loans have not been repaid by September 30, collateral in the form of security over certain company assets will be put in place which would exceed the aggregate value of the loans.
