DCI Advisors Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based real estate investment company - Confirms approval and payment of initial tranche of EUR1.5 million grant from Greek government for Kilada project in the Argolis region of Greece. This payment, delayed from expected approval date in October, is the first tranche of a EUR6.0 million grant for the Kilada Country Club, Golf & Residences project, DCI's main asset. The group believes it will finish the project's golf course and country club during 2024. The remaining grants will be paid in stages depending on further spending demanded by the Kilada project.
