Cirata PLC - Jersey-based software solutions provider - Secures around USD2 million live data migrator contract with IBM to support a top 3 US bank. Represents Cirata's largest LDM contract signed to-date in financial services. Further, Cirata withdraws financial 2024 bookings guidance. Explains this is partly due to certain major customers opting for one-year terms rather than multi-year terms and some movement of pipeline opportunities and bookings expectations from the fourth quarter 2024 to the first-half of financial 2025. This has caused a sufficiently wide variation to expected outcomes for bookings in financial 2024. Says cash overheads run rate is currently around USD5 million for the fourth quarter, slightly better than expectations. Cirata PLC - Jersey-based software solutions provider - Successfully raises GBP5.6 million through placing of 10.1 million new shares at 55 pence each, representing 8.7% of issued share capital prior to fundraise. Offer price is a 5.2% discount to 58 pence closing price on July 15. Notes bookrunner Panmure Liberum Ltd places 2.3 million shares worth GBP1.3 million. Current stakeholders Global Frontier Investments, Davis Capital Partners and Richard Griffiths subscribe for 1.2 million, 2.8 million and 1.4 million shares respectively. Cirata PLC - Jersey-based software solutions provider - Says that General Motors Co has proceeded to phase two of the of the master licence agreement initially announced last August. According to last year's announcement, General Motors committed to moving at least 3.3 petabytes of data, with a contract value of over USD400,000, in the first phase. Meanwhile, the second includes a 4 petabyte data allowance, and accompanying maintenance and support services, with a contract value of USD490,733.
