Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - investment firm focused on digital infrastructure assets - receives clearance from the Polish Minister of State Assets for its acquisition of Emitel SA, a Polish multi-asset digital infrastructure business. The acquisition was announced in January. In March, it received antitrust approval from the Polish Office of Competition & Consumer Protection.
