Cordiant Global Agricultural Income PLC - seeks yield and capital growth from secured medium-term loans to agriculture sector - Plans to raise USD300 million in initial public offering on the London Main Market, with a premium listing. Investment manager is Cordiant Capital Inc. Already listed in London, on AIM, is Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd. The new agriculture fund will issue 300 million shares at USD1.00 each. Cordiant Global Agricultural will target a dividend yield of 6.5% and a net asset value total return of 10% per annum.
