Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC and Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC - UK-focused venture capital trusts managed by Gresham House PLC - Publish prospectus for subscription offers to raise GBP30 million, in addition to a discretion to use over-allotment facilities to raise up to a further GBP20 million in aggregate. This comes after the trusts announced last week their plans to raise GBP15 million each in share subscription offer, with an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP10 million each.
