Barratt Redrow PLC - Leicestershire, England-based housebuilder formed by 2024 merger of Barratt Developments and Redrow - Says it has completed the GBP50 million buyback programme announced in February, with the next tranche to be announced in due course. UBS Group AG conducted the scheme on Barratt Redrow's behalf and purchased 11.3 million shares for GBP50 million. The buybacks are part of an ongoing plan to return at least GBP100 million per year. Barratt Redrow PLC - Leicestershire, England-based housebuilder formed by 2024 merger of Barratt Developments and Redrow - Matthew Pratt will step down from the board and as chief executive of Redrow from June 30, as the integration of the two companies nears completion. Steven Boyes, chief operating officer & deputy chief executive officer of Barratt Redrow will leave in September, as previously announced. Boyes will be replaced as COO by Mike Roberts, current managing director of the Northern Region, but Roberts won't join the board. With the departure of Pratt and Boyes, the two executive directors on the Barratt Redrow board will be CEO David Thomas and Chief Financial Officer Mike Scott. Read More
